On the initiative of Shri Anand Kumar Gaur, Honorable Member of Parliament, Bahraich, a 15 kW Solar Power Plant was successfully established at the Community Health Center (CHC), Mihipurwa, Bahcich by the Gramin Vikas Sewa Samiti, with technical and financial collaboration from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL).
Objectives of the Project
- To justify the need and rationale for establishing the 15 kW PV Solar Project.
- To analyze the criteria for site selection and least-cost alternatives.
- To describe the plant’s technical features, equipment specifications, and the technological justification.
- To outline the selection of PV components and technical systems—mechanical, electrical, and control instrumentation.
- To assess the project’s viability through power generation simulations and operational projections.
- To conduct a financial analysis to determine the levelized generation tariff and cost efficiency.
