The Childline 1098 services have been operated with the support of Childline India Foundation to ensure the protection, safety, and overall welfare of children in need of care and protection. Over the years, various initiatives have been implemented focusing on child safety, nutrition, advocacy, and awareness generation

Key Highlights
Extensive awareness programs were conducted on child protection, nutrition, and rights at community and school levels.
Continuous collaboration with District Child Protection Units (DCPU), Police, CWC, and local NGOs ensured timely rescue, rehabilitation, and restoration of children.
Advocacy and counselling sessions were organized for parents, teachers, and community members to build a protective environment for children.
Special focus was given to mainstreaming out-of-school children and educational rehabilitation through Open Basic Education (OBE) and NIOS programs.
